摘　　要：以OPM3为基础,从石油工程项目生命周期,石油工程项目管理知识体系、石油工程项目复杂程度、石油工程项目管理成熟度等级4个维度,构建了符合石油工程项目管理特点的项目管理成熟度模型,结合实际钻井工程项目,对模型进行了应用。研究结果表明:该模型能够衡量石油工程项目管理水平,找出石油工程项目管理中的薄弱环节,为提高石油工程项目管理水平提供了参考路径。On the basis of OPM3,from 4 dimensionalities such as petroleum engineering project life cycle,petroleum engineering project management knowledge system,complexity of petroleum engineering projects and degree of petroleum engineering project management maturity,the article has built a project management maturity model in accordance with the characteristics of petroleum engineering project management.Combining with practical drilling engineering projects,it has applied the mode.The research results indicate that,the model can measure management level of petroleum engineering projects and find out weak links in petroleum engineering project management so as to offer approaches for reference to enhance management level of petroleum engineering projects.
