摘　　要：对远程医学与健康管理的概念、模式及发展趋势进行了讨论。两者虽是不同的学科,但随着区域卫生信息化的快速发展,已逍步形成相互依存、相互促进的人类健康产业实体,因而具有广阔前景。The concept, model and developing trend of telemedicine and health management were discussed. Telemedicine and health management are two different disciplines and have a vast range of prospect since they have gradually become an industrial entity of human health by depending on and promoting each other with the rapid development of the rapid development of regional health informationalization.
