摘 要:我国西北干旱区地域辽阔,自然资源丰富,发展潜力巨大,同时,又存在着气候恶劣,干旱缺水,环境污染严重等生态环境问题。造成这一现状的原因除了自然因素外,人类生产和生活过程中对原煤、石油和柴草等的过度消耗也是重要因素。与传统能源相比,太阳能、风能、沼气等新能源对生态环境影响小、资源量充足、开发利用潜力大。阐述了新能源开发的技术特点,分析了新能源的利用领域和效能,指出西北干旱区应根据地域资源特点选择适当的可替代能源开发类型,减少对传统能源的依赖,改善地区生态环境。Northwest arid area of China, which is vast in territory and rich in natural resources, possesses great development potential. At the same time, there are many serious eco-environmental problems such as the bad weather, drought and water shortage in this area. As for the reasons resulting in such situation, apart from natural factors, the excessive consumption of coal, oil and firewood in the process of human production and livelihood is another important factor. Compared with traditional energies, the impact of solar energy, wind energy, biogas and other new energies on the ecological environment is smaller, but the resources quantity of new energy is adequate and it has a great potential of development and utilization. This paper expounds the features of the techniques for developing the new energies, analyzes the utilization fields and effects of the new energies, and points out that the northwest arid area of China should select suitable alternative energies based on the regional resources characteristics, reduce the dependence on conventional energies, and improve the local ecological environment.
