摘　　要：目的通过研究口腔卫生习惯对牙周炎和慢性阻塞性肺疾病（Chronic obstructive pulm onary disease,COPD）的共同影响,进一步探讨牙周炎与COPD之间的相关关系。方法于2007年11月-2008年6月,抽取符合研究条件的志愿者450人,年龄41-85岁（平均63.5岁）,进行问卷调查及牙周和肺功能检查。通过χ^2检验及非条件Logistic多因素回归分析对数据进行分析。结果刷牙次数过少（OR=1.475,CI为1.250-3.645）、刷牙方法不当（OR=1.940,CI为1.040-3.286）、刷牙部位不全面（OR=1.526,CI为1.064-7.128）、不洁治（OR=2.258,CI为1.326-5.294）为牙周炎患病的危险因素;刷牙次数过少（OR=1.815,CI为0.242-6.634）、刷牙部位不全面（OR=1.610,CI为0.483-2.970）、不洁治（OR=2.072,CI为1.264-5.540）为COPD患病的危险因素。结论刷牙次数过少、刷牙部位不全面及不洁治可能是40岁以上中老年人患牙周炎及COPD的共同危险因素。Objective To explore the relationship between periodontitis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） by assessing the impact of oral health habits and behavious on the two diseases. Methods From November, 2007 to June, 2008, 450 volunteers aged 41 - 85 years （ mean 63.5 years old） were selected and examined for periodontal and pulmonary function tests. A questionnaire on oral health habits and behavious was also conducted. The data were analyzed by χ^2 - test and non - conditional Logistic regression analysis of multiple factors. Results Low brushing frequency （ OR = 1. 475, CI 1. 250 - 3. 645 ）, improper brushing method （ OR = 1. 940, CI 1. 040 - 3. 286 ）, incomplete brushing site （ OR = 1. 526, CI 1. 064-7. 128 ） and no scaling （ OR = 2.258, CI 1. 326 - 5. 294 ） were risk factors of periodontitis ; low brushing frequency （ OR = 1.815, CI 0.242- 6.634 ）, incomplete brushing site （ OR = 1.610, CI 0.483 - 2.970）. and no scaling （OR = 2.072, CI 1. 264- 5. 540 ） were risk factors of COPD. Conclusion Low brushing frequency, incomplete brushing site and no sealing may be the common risk factors of periodontitis and COPD for people aged over 40 years.
