摘　　要：目的:分析胃肠双对比造影(DCG I)和CT对十二指肠间质瘤的诊断价值。材料和方法:回顾性分析18例原发性十二指肠间质瘤的DCG I和CT影像,对比两种方法单独诊断及联合诊断的价值。结果:DCG I诊断十二指肠间质瘤的准确度为10/18例;CT为14/18例;两者联合诊断则为16/18例。结论:DCG I结合CT检查可以明显提高十二指肠间质瘤的诊断准确度。Purpose： To analyse of the diagnostic value of double contrast gastrointestinal imaging （DCGI） and CT for duodenal stromal tumors. Materials and Methods： The imaging findings of 18 patients with primary duodenal stromal tumors were analysed retrospectively, to compare the diagnostic evaluation with DCGI, CT and both of them. Results： The accuracy of DCGI were 10/18 cases; of CT were 14/18 cases; and combination with both were 16/18 cases. Conclusion： Combination with DCGI and CT can improve the accuracy of duodenal stromal tumors significantly.
