美兰在乳腺导管内乳头状瘤手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨美兰在乳腺导管内乳头状瘤手术中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院乳腺导管内乳头状瘤伴乳头血性溢液患者28例手术治疗的临床资料,并结合文献分析。结果28例均行手术治疗,19例经美兰染色后整个区段染色,9例因肿瘤阻塞管腔仅能使区段部分染色,按美兰染色标示完整切除该区段,病理检查结果显示切除边缘无肿瘤残留。随访3年,1例于乳头部复发,经再次手术治愈。结论美兰染色可清楚显示肿瘤区段,便于完成切除肿瘤区段,简便易行,值得推广。Object To explore the value of methylene blue in the management of the breast papilloma operation. Methods 28 patients with breast papilloma were preformed segmental mastectomy, their clinical data were analyzed. Results 28 cases were preformed operation. Methylene blue made the segment of breast tumor blue in 19 cases and made the part of segment blue in other 9cases. The segments of blue were dissected. The pathological examination showed no tumor issues were retained. All cases were followed-up three years. The results showed that 1 case recurred in breast pap. Conclusion Methylene blue can blue the segment of breast tumor clearly. It can help to perform the tumor segmental mastectomy. This method is safe, simple and easy to publicize.
