摘　　要：在配置Φ１５２ｍｍ坩埚的单晶炉内，合理地调整了温度分布场与控制条件，成功地拉制出一根Φ１２８～１４０ｍｍ。An N-type single Ge crystal with diameters of 128 to 140 mm and effective length of 12 mm has been successfully drawn out from a Dia.152 mm crucible in a single crystal furnace with rationally adjusted temperature distribution field and controlled conditions.
