摘 要:用磁秤模拟方法研究了冷却速度和过冷温度对镍铬钢排氢速度和排氢量的影响。结果表明,冷却速度和过冷度越大,铁磁相转变量越多,排氢量也越多。根据研究结果可以得出:适当增大钢坯的冷却速度,降低过冷温度,不但可以缩短缓冷时间、提高生产率、节省能源、降低成本,而且还可以消除白点,改善并提高钢的质量。这对制定新的缓冷工艺,指导生产具有重要意义。The effect of cooling rate and undercooling temperature on the rate and amount of dehydrogenation was studied by magnetic balance simulation method. The results show that the higher the cooling rate or undercooling degree is, the higher the amount of ferromagnetic transformation, thus the higher the amount of dehydrogenation is. Based on this discovery, slow-cooling time can be shortened and the fisheye eliminated by properly increasing the cooling rate of steel slabs and decreasing undercooling temperature. This is beneficial to improve productivity, save energy, decrease cost and improve quality. This result is of great importance to making new slow-cooling schedules and directing producing processes.
