摘　　要：目的评估奥曲肽(octreotide,OCT)联合腹腔化疗治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法对52例晚期胃癌患者应用奥曲肽联合5-氟脲嘧啶(5-Fu)腹腔化疗(治疗组),并与同期49例采用单纯5-Fu腹腔化疗的晚期胃癌患者(对照组)比较。结果治疗组的腹水治疗有效率、Karnofsky评分以及患者0.5年、1年及2年生存率显著优于对照组。结论奥曲肽联合腹腔化疗可提高晚期胃癌的临床疗效,是行之有效的综合治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effects on octreotide combined with intra - abdominal chemotherapy in advanced gastric cancer. Methods 52 patients with advanced gastric cancer were treated with octreotide plus intra - abdominal chemotherapy with 5 - fluorouracil （5 - Fu）, and were designated as study group. Meanwhile, another 49 patients undergoing intra - abdominal chemotherapy with 5 - Fu alone served as the control group. Results The efficacy of treatment for ascites, Karnofsky scores, survival rate of 0. 5 yr, 1 yr and 2 yr in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion Octreotide combined with intra -abdominal chemotherapy is able to improve the clinical curative effects on advanced gastric cancer and is a preferable method for comprehensive treatment.
