银杏达莫注射液对急性脑梗死患者血液动力学及血浆ET、NO水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察银杏达莫注射液对急性脑梗死（ACI）患者血液动力学及血浆内皮素（ET）、一氧化氮（NO）水平的影响。方法83例ACI者随机分为两组,对照组（n=40）予常规西医治疗,治疗组（n=43）在西医常规治疗的基础上加用银杏达莫注射液（20 mL/d）治疗,疗程均为14 d,分别观察其疗效并测定两组治疗前后血浆ET、NO水平及血液动力学的变化。结果经2周治疗后,治疗组总有效率（95.3%）优于对照组（82.5%）（P〈0.05）;两组ET水平均较治疗前明显降低（P〈0.01～0.05）,NO水平均较治疗前明显升高（P〈0.01）,血液动力学状态明显改善（P〈0.01～0.05）,而治疗组这些指标变化均较对照组有显著优越性（P均〈0.01～0.05）。结论银杏达莫注射液治疗ACI不仅可以提高疗效,而且可显著降低患者的血浆ET水平及升高NO的水平,并明显改善患者的血液动力学状态。Objective To observe the effect of Ginkgo - Dipyridamolum Injection on the level of plasma endothelin （ET）, nitric oxide（NO） and hemorheology in treating acute cerebral infarction（ACI）. Methods 83 patients with ACI were divided into two groups randomly, treatment group（ n = 43） and control group （ n = 40）. On the basis of conventional treatment of western medicine in both of two groups, the Ginkgo- Dipyridamolum Injection（20 mL, 1/d） was given to the treatment group additionly. Treatment course is two weeks for both groups. The therapeutic effect was observed and the level of plasma ET, NO and hemorheology of all patients were observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 95.3 % compared with 82.5 % in control group. There was significant difference between two groups（ P 〈 0.05） before treatment. The level of plasma ET was increased significantly（ P 〈0.01） and NO level was decreased remarkabtely（ P 〈 0.01） in both two groups, after two weeks＇ treaments, the level of plasma ET was decreased significantly and plasma NO was increased remarkablely（ P 〈 0.01 ） in both of two groups. There was statistical difference between treatment group and control group in lowering the plasma ET and raising the serum NO level （P 〈 0.01 ） after two weeks＇ treatments, treatment group is superiorer to control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Ginkgo - Dipyridamolum Injection has a good therapeutic effect on patients with ACI. It also could significantly decrease the level of plasma ET, raise the level of plasma NO, and improve hemorheology.
