胆囊异常与慢性胃十二指肠疾病之关系

摘　　要：[目的]探讨慢性胃十二指肠疾病对胆囊形态的影响或胆囊疾病对胃十二指肠疾病的影响。[方法]各选择120例胃镜诊断慢性胃十二指肠疾病及B超示"胆囊异常"人群,转换方法后分别观察其胆囊、胃十二指肠状态。[结果]胃十二指肠疾病合并胆囊异常65%,胆囊异常伴60%胃十二指肠疾病。[结论]慢性胃十二指肠疾病可引起胆囊异常改变,同时胆囊疾病可引起慢性胃十二指肠疾病。[Purpose] To explore the chronic morphology of the gallbladder or gallbladder disease on the impact of gastroduodenal diseases. [Methods] 120 cases of diagnosis of chronic gastroseopy gastroduodenal diseases （that duodenal bile reflux, congestion and edema gastric erosion, acid increased gastric ulcer or gastric peristalsis slower） and B-show ＂cholecystectomy abnormal＂ （referring to the gallbladder wall coarse, increased gallbladder contraction, gallbladder stones in the foreseeable biliary sludge, etc. ） were observed on its gall bladder, stomach and duodenum state. [Results] Gastroduodenal diseases had abnormal gallbladder 65%, with 60 % of abnormal gallbladder gastroduodenal diseases. [Conclusion] Chronic gastroduodenal diseases can cause abnormal gallbladder, gallbladder disease can cause chronic gastroduodenal diseases.
