摘　　要：认为老年性痴呆的病因病机为肾精亏损,痰饮瘀血互结。所以治呆必补肾,肾精足则髓海充,治呆须开窍,开窍责求痰瘀,则窍开而神明,用药时以补肾化痰去瘀类药物为主,佐以滋养脑髓的甘平之味,收效甚佳。It considers senile dementia has causa morbi and mechanism of deficiency of kidney, mutual piling of sputum and blood stasis. So the relative treatment shall notify kidney to supplement marrow, shall open aperture to remove sputum and stasis to refresh the spirit, mainly concentrating drugs of nourishing kidney, removing sputum and stasis, coordinating with sweet and plain drugs to notify brain marrow, with good effect.
