中药内服及灌肠治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎40例疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察口服中药配合中药灌肠液对溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。[方法]80例患者随机分为治疗组40例,给予口服中药,同时给予结肠炎灌肠液150ml灌肠;对照组40例给予口服柳氮磺胺吡啶片,比较两组在临床症状、肠镜下、组织学方面的变化。[结果]两组在临床症状、肠镜下表现方面(总有效率分别为92.5%和77.5%,85.0%和72.5%),差异具有显著性意义(P<0.01)。[结论]口服中药内服配合灌肠治疗本病疗效满意。[Purpose] To investigate the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine PO in combination with ENEM on ulcerative colitis. [Methods] 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The 40 patients in the therapeutic group were treated with Chinese medicine PO as well as injected ENEM with colitis irrigating solution. The 40 patients in the control group were treated with Sulfasalazine PO. The differences in clinical symptoms and histological changes under enteroscope between the two groups were observed. [Results] The differences in clinical symptoms and histological changes under enteroscope between the two groups are statistically significant（total effective rates are 92.5% and 77.50%, 85.0% and 72.5 %）. [Conclusion] The therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine PO in combination with ENEM on ulcerative colitis is satisfactory.
