摘　　要：选取人才市场规范化程度较高、用人机制等发展较为成熟的江北区和南岸区相关企业进行问卷调研,对重庆市经济信息管理专业人才需求情况进行分析,以期通过市场和企业逆序分析学校培养经济信息管理类专业人才的方向和相应途径。A questionnaire survey has been conducted on mature talent markets in Jiangbei District and Nanan District with relatively higher standards and the demand for talents in economic information management is analyzed in order to analyze the direction and corresponding ways of training talented people in economic information management in the sequence from market and enterprise to colleges.
