摘　　要：介绍了高等医学院校学生满意度测量的重要性和战略意义,通过专家评分法和层次分析法确定医学生满意度量表一级指标的权重,并对结果进行了分析以提高测量的有效性和可操作性。The importance and strategic significance of assessing medical students＇ satisfaction at college is introduced. This research set up the first-grade index weight of the Medical Student Satisfaction Questionnaire by using Delphi method and AHP. Then the resuhs were analyzed to to improve the validity and maneuverability of the measure.
