摘　　要：医学研究生教育具有招生类型多样、培养模式丰富的特点,随着研究生培养规模的扩大,建立基于网络的研究生综合信息管理系统逐渐成为研究生现代化管理的必然趋势。本文介绍了首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院研究生管理办公室自主开发的研究生综合信息管理系统的体系结构、系统设计原则及特点,并论述了该系统在研究生教育管理工作规范化中所发挥的重要作用及建议。Medical graduate education is characterized by diverse types of graduate students and cultivation modes. With the expanded enrollment, constructing a graduate information management system based on network becomes very important in modem graduate education management. This paper mainly introduces the structure, design principles and characteristics of the graduate comprehensive information management system independently developed by the Graduate Management Office of Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University. Then it discusses the role that the system plays in standardizing graduate education management and some suggestions.
