权变管理理念在高等医学院校学生管理中的运用

摘　　要：运用权变管理理念,促进高等医学院校学生管理,培养高素质且具有创新精神和实践能力的医学人才,是高等医学院校发展的必然需要。近年来,高校的管理理论、管理水平、管理模式都发生了显著的变化。本文依据权变管理理念,针对高等医学院校学生管理的现状,提出相关看法,希望通过运用更加适宜的管理手段和方式,确保学生管理工作的高效开展。It is necessary for medical universities and colleges to apply contingency management theory in promoting student management, train high-quality medical talents with creative spirit and practical competence. In recent years, significant changes have taken place in the theory, level and model of university management. Based on contingency management theory and the current situation of student management, this paper puts forward some thoughts, hoping to use more expedient management method or model to ensure the efficiency of student management at medical universities and colleges.
