马铃薯主要农艺性状与单株产量的遗传相关及通径系数分析

摘　　要：本试验采用随机区组设计对春薯1号、春薯5号、早大白、尤金等16个主要栽培品种的株高、主茎数、单株结薯数、平均薯块重和单株产量进行了相关与通径分析。结果表明:株高、单株结薯数与单株产量呈极显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.485 1和0.459 4;平均薯块重与单株产量呈显著正相关,相关系数为0.318 0;平均薯块重与单株结薯数呈极显著负相关,相关系数为-0.675 1。The randomized block method was used to study the correlation between single plant yield and main characters such as plant height, the main stalk number, the potato number, the potato block＇s average weight of the 16 varieties such as the ＇spring potato 1＇, ＇spring potato 5＇, ＇Zaodabai＇ and ＇Eugene＇ and so on. The results indicated that plant height and potato number were significantly positively correlated with the single plant yield, the correlation coefficient were 0.4851 and 0.4594, respectively. The potato block＇s average weight was significantly positively correlated with the single plant yield, the correlation coefficient was 0.3180. The potato block＇s average weight was significantly negatively correlated with potato number, the correlation coefficient was -0.6751.
