摘　　要：目的:探讨临床疾病与外周血染色体异常的关系。方法:对2051例遗传咨询有疑问者进行外周血淋巴细胞培养,进行染色体检查,G显带,进行核型分析。结果:2051例查出染色体异常的核型200例,异常率9.75%。结论:染色体异常与临床疾病发生有关,遗传咨询与产前诊断在临床治疗及指导优生优育中意义重大。Objective： To explore the relationship between clinical diseases and chromosomal abnormalities in peripheral blood. Methods： Peripheral blood lymphoeytes from 2 051 cases were cultured, then chromosome examination, G -banding and karyotype analysis were conducted. Results： 200 cases （9. 75% ） were found chromosomal abnormalities. Conclusion： Chromosomal abnormalities is related to clinical disease, genetic counseling and prenatal diagnosis play an important role in the clinical treatment and guidance for bear and rear better children.
