北京市丰台区流动儿童保健现状调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解北京市丰台区流动儿童生存、保健服务现状与需求,有针对性地做好流动儿童的保健和管理,为落实流动儿童本地化管理提供科学依据。方法:采用面对面调查问卷形式对在本区流动人口居住较密集的3个乡和3个地段保健科的950位0～6岁流动儿童家长进行调查。结果:大多数流动儿童的父母亲为初中或高中、中专水平,大专以上水平者很少;家庭经济状况普遍较差,家庭月收入在2500元以下者占70.30%;接受过儿童健康体检的儿童占70.39%,但仅有36.43%接受过较系统的保健;81.20%的家长认为儿童有必要体检,93.62%的家长表示希望了解儿童保健知识;对于流动儿童家长,每年能够被接受用于保健服务方面的费用平均为37元。结论:流动儿童保健现状与本地区儿童保健状况相差较远,但是外来儿童同样需求完善的儿童保健服务,必须针对需求提供经济适宜的服务项目,采取有效措施加强流动儿童保健服务与管理,以实现保健服务的公平性、可及性。Objective ： To understand the status and demand of subsistence and health care of floating children in Fengtai District, provide a scientific basis for the management of health care service for the floating children and carrying out the service such as the resident children. Methods： A survey was conducted on the 950 parents of floating children aged 0 - 6 years old face to face by a questionnaire. Results： The most of the parents＇education level and the income level were lower. The proportion of floating family with month income 〈 2 500 yuan was 70. 30%. 70. 39% of the floating children received the health examination, but only 36. 43% of them received systemic heahh care. The proportions of the parents considered that health examination was necessary and hoped to understand the knowledge of the health care of children were 81.20 % and 93.62%. The accepted health care service cost for floating children was 37 yuan. Conclusion： There is significant difference in current situation of health care between the floating children and the resident children, but the floating children have the requirement of consummate health care service. The health care service cost for floating children should be reduced, appropriate health service and further management of health care of floating children should be enforced.
