摘　　要：目的:探讨墓头回提取液对小鼠宫颈癌U14细胞株体外生长的影响。方法:以不同药物浓度和不同时间作用于宫颈癌U14细胞株后,采用MTT法检测其对细胞增殖的影响,并通过倒置显微镜观察细胞形态学变化。结果:墓头回提取液对宫颈癌U14细胞有一定的抑制作用,其抑制率与药物浓度、作用时间有关系;倒置显微镜观察细胞胞体变长,颗粒感增强,细胞浆减少,细胞质减少,细胞脱落呈悬浮状,可见细胞碎片。结论:墓头回提取液可抑制小鼠宫颈癌U14细胞株的增殖。Objective ： To explore the inhibitive effect of diversifolious patrinia root extracts on U14 cell line of cervical cancer in rats in vitro. Methods： After dealed with different medicine density and the different time, the proliferation of cervical cancer U14 cell line was detected by MTT method, cytomorphology change was observed under inverted microscope. Results： The diversifolious patrinia root extracts suppressed the proliferation of U14 cell line of cervical cancer, the inhibition rate was related to medicine density and time; granular sensation of cells strengthened, the cytoplasm and cytoplasma reduced, the falled off cell assumed suspended shape, cell fragments are obvious. Conclusion： The diversifolious patrinia root extracts may suppress the proliferation of U14 cell line of cervical cancer in rats.
