摘  要:分别以4种聚丁二烯橡胶作增韧剂,1,1-二(叔丁基过氧基)环己烷(DP275B)为引发剂,采用本体法合成了丙烯情-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(ABS)。用折光指数法监测预聚合阶段的单体转化率,重点考察了不同聚合工艺条件下橡胶对ABS合成过程中相转变行为的影响规律。结果表明,Li系700A橡胶聚合体系的黏度最大,相转变过程亦最为显著;随着橡胶用量的增加,聚合体系的黏度显著增加;采用DP275B(用量大于或等于210μg/g)和适中的搅拌速率均可观察到明显的相转变过程;随着Li系700A橡胶和DP275B用量的增加,相转变过程均有所后延。Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene terpolymers(ABS) were synthesized through bulk polymerization initiated by 1,1-bis(tert-butylperoxy)cyclohexane(DP275B) with four different polybutadiene rubbers including Ni catalyzed high-cis rubber(BR9004), Li catalyzed low-cis rubber(Asaprene700A and Asaprene720A) and Li catalyzed high-trans rubber(HTPB) as toughing was detected by Abbe refractometer, agent, respectively. The conversion of monomers in prepolymerization and the effects of the rubbers on the phase inversion behavior of ABS were emphatically investigated. The results indicate that the polymerization system with Asaprene700A has a biggest apparent viscosity and its phase inversion progress is most remarkable compared with the other three rubber systems. With the enhancement of Asaprene700A content, the apparent viscosity of the polymerization system increases. The phase inversion can be observed obviously when the dosage of DP275B is higher than or equal to 210μg/g with moderate stirring speed. Moreover, the phase inversion delays with the augmentation in the contents of Asaprene700A and DP275B.
