摘 要:为提高织物质量和满足喷气织机高速工况的要求,在ARM微控制器LPC2294的丰富硬件资源的基础上,研制了具有高速、高实时性的电子送经卷取控制系统。采用模块化方式设计硬件电路,在软件控制上采用具有高实时性的μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统。该架构不但便于系统升级和维护,而且经过对张力采样时间的分析和计算,证实其满足系统的高实时性要求。另外,系统采用多主CAN-bus通讯技术与主控制器进行信息通讯,提高了织机的工作效率。To improve the quality of textile and satisfy the requirement of high speed about air-jet loom, an electronic take-up and let-off control system was designed, with high speed and excellent real time performance by employing LPC2294 for its abundant hardware resources. The μC/OS-II was used as reahime operation system(RTOS) to implement let-off and take-up function, and hardware circuit was designed in the way of modularization. The μC/OS-II enabled the system to be convenient for upgrade and maintenance, and satisfied the high real-time requirements by analyzing and calculating the sampling time of tension. By employing the CAN-bus technique, the system can communicate with other controller of loom directly, thus the loom efficiency is enhanced.
