摘　　要：提出了合约化质量的定义,并论述其相关关系,进行了与主观质量等相关概念的比较分析,研究了基于复杂产品系统的合约化质量概念确立的价值,从而使复杂产品系统质量引入博弈论成为可能,也可实现基于合约化的质量管理。It is presented about concept of contract binding quality （CBQ）. The correlation between all the aspects is analysed. The comparative analysis between itself and others relational concept was researched. The value of the concept of contract binding quality being based on complex product systems is found.Thus, it would be conceivable that game theory is presented in field of quality management of complex product systems, it would be conceivable to realize quality management based on contract binding quality.
