摘　　要：目的探讨南美响尾蛇神经毒素(Crotoxin)对人肺腺癌A549细胞的作用及其对吉非替尼(Iressa)的抗肿瘤效果。方法通过细胞生长抑制实验和细胞集落形成实验观察Crotoxin及其与Iressa联用对人肺腺癌A549细胞的作用,生长抑制实验采用四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)比色法,集落形成实验采用平板克隆法。结果Crotoxin对人胚肺成纤维细胞的生长无明显影响,但可明显抑制人肺腺癌A549细胞的生长,与Iressa联用可增强Iressa的抗肿瘤效果。结论Crotoxin对人肺腺癌A549细胞的生长有抑制作用,与Iressa联用效应为协同或相加。Objective To investigate the effects of crotoxin on A549 cells and its influence on the anti-tumor effect of Iressa. Methods MTT colorimetry was used to test the growth inhibition ratio, and the flat colony experiment reflected the colony formation of cells. Both of the experiments were used to estimate the effects of Crotoxin and its combination with Iressa. Results Crotoxin inhibited the growth of A549 when its concentration was larger than or equal to 25 μg/ml, while it had no effect on the growth of human pulmonary fibroblasts. But Crotoxin strengthened the anti-tumor effect of Iressa when it combined with Iressa. Conclusion Crotoxin can not only inhibit the growth of A549 but also has syn- ergetic or additive effect when it is combined with Iressa.
