摘　　要：黔北有着得天独厚的茶叶自然资源和生长环境，茶叶经济已成为黔北农业经济的支柱产业之一。针对黔北地区茶叶发展现状，对黔北茶产业面临的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行了分析，并从茶叶企业的发展的角度提出促进茶叶产业发展的策略思考。Tea economy is one of the support industries in agricultural economy of Qianbei region because of its better tea resources and growth environment. The paper analyzes the superiority, inferiority, opportunity and challenge of tea industry in Qianbei region in the light of its development situation and puts forward the countermeasures to promote tea industry development from the tea enterprise development.
