摘　　要：目的探讨膜蛋白受体Unc5D在高、低危神经母细胞瘤(NB)中表达模式与患儿生存期长短之间的关系。方法在118例NB标本cDNA中应用TaqMan探针实时PCR法检测Unc5D基因在高、低危NB中的表达,应用t检验及Kaplan-Meier生存分析法检测Unc5D表达水平与NB恶性程度及生存期长短的关系。结果Unc5D基因在低危NB中表达明显高于其在高危NB中的表达水平(P<0.01),且高Unc5D表达与NB患儿长期生存相关(P<0.01)。结论Unc5D基因可作为NB分子生物学预后标记物。Objective To detect the relationship between the expression level of membrane protein Unc5D gene in favorable and unfavorable neuroblastoma and the survival time of neuroblastoma patients. Methods Unc5D expression in 118 neuroblastoma patients was mea- sured by TaqMan real-time PCR. T test and Kaplan-Meier survival curve were used to detect the relationship between the gene expression and the neuroblastoma feature. Results Unc5D expression was significantly higher in favorable neuroblastomas than in unfavorable ones（P 〈 0.01 ）. Also in 118 cases, higher Unc5D expression was collated with longer survival time （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Unc5D can be a novel prognostic indicator in neuroblastoma.
