摘　　要：目的探讨眼睑裂伤的美容缝合方法及技巧,减轻瘢痕,恢复眼睑的正常形态及功能。方法不同类型的眼睑裂伤采用相应的缝合方法及技巧,术后随访3-12个月。结果66例（66眼）术后眼睑形态及功能正常,瘢痕细小。1例（1眼）术后睑缘轻微成角畸形;1例（1眼）下睑缘3/4部缺失,必要时Ⅱ期整形修复。结论遵循整形外科学原则和技术,选择正确的缝合方法及技巧对恢复眼睑的形态及功能、减轻瘢痕很重要,并为Ⅱ期的整形修复手术打下良好的基础。Objective To study the methods of repairing eyelid laceration with cosmetic suture, to recover the normal form and function of eyelid, and to lighten the cicatricle. Methods Different suture methods were applied to different cases. And the 68 postoperation cases were observed and follwed up from three months to one year. Results 66 cases were successfully treated with tiny scan. There was a little abnormity of a case. And there was a case with 3/4 inferior lid-margin deletion. Conclusion According to the principle of plastic surgery, correct suture method is the base of the plastic operation in later period.
