海南省银行卡联网通用存在的问题与改进建议

摘　　要：银行卡作为一种现代化的支付结算工具,具有携带方便、使用便捷的特点。银行卡的广泛使用,不仅有利于改善流通环境,延伸金融服务,方便居民生活,还能起到优化城市投资、旅游环境,提升城市形象的作用,并为社会经济发展提供了有力的金融支撑。本文从海南省银行卡联网通用的现状着手,分析了目前存在的主要问题,并提出了相关的对策建议。As a kind of modernization of payment and settlement tool, bank card has many characteristics such as taking and using convenience. The Extensive application of bank card is not only be advantageous to improve circulation environment, extent finance service, and convenient residents life, but also to optimize city investment and tour environment, promote city image and provide powerful finance support for society economy development. This article will introduce the present condition of the networking usage of bank card in Hainan province, analysis key problems and put forward some related counterplans and suggestions.
