摘 要:通过对上海市杨浦区典型路段机动车污染物排放量的测试试验,并对在用机动车的排放水平诸多实际影响因素的分析,以路段上机动车不同类型为研究对象,结合实际试验数据,计算出机动车不同类型的排放因子,揭示实际路网机动车污染物排放与机动车不同类型的对应关系,建立机动车污染排放的数学模型,在有效控制机动车污染物排放量的基础上进行交通规划。Based on test of motor vehicle pollutant emission on typical street of Yangpu Distil several factors of the real impact on motor vehicle pollutant emission levels were analyzed Regarded ct in Shanghai, different types of motor vehicle on road as the research object, emission factors of different types of motor vehicle in light of the actual experimental data were calculated, the relationships of the pollutant emission with the different types of motor vehicle in real road traffic network were revealed, and pollutant emission model of motor vehicle was put forward to plan the transportation with control vehicle pollutant emission effectively.
