摘　　要：运用文献资料、问卷调查、数据统计法等方法,对浙江省卫生系统不同年龄段女职工参与休闲体育情感特征、价值取向、活动形式、项目、场地选择等现状进行调查,分析影响女性职工参与休闲体育的因素,针对卫生系统不同年龄段女性职工参与休闲体育现状,提出一些有利于女性职工休闲体育发展的建议和对策,旨在为更好地开展女性职工休闲体育活动提供参考。This paper examines the emotional inclination, value orientation, forms of activity, event and venue selection of female personnel of different age groups in healthcare sectors of Zhejiang province in doing sports and other leisure activities, by using of literature review, questionnaire and data analysis. Based on it, the author analyzes the factors in- fluencing their participation in sports and leisure activities. The paper is concluded with some suggestions and coun- termeasures on how to better engage them in the aforesaid activities and improve their health conditions.
