摘　　要：心理效应链现象是指教师在评价学生时由于受认知、情感、态度等因素的影响而产生的一系列的心理效应,它们相互作用,进一步深化了评价的不客观、不公正,严重影响了学生的身心健康发展。文章对心理效应现象的运作做了分析,探讨了其形成的原因,并提出打破心理效应链现象走出评价误区的策略。The psychological effects of chain refers to the phenomenon of teachers in the evaluation of students because of cognitive, emotional, attitudes and other factors arising from a series of psychological effects, their interactions, further deepening the evaluation of objectivity, fairness and serious impact on the development of physical and mental health of students. In this paper, the psychological effect is the operation of the analysis done to explore its causes, and to break the psychological effects of the phenomenon of chain of errors out of the evaluation strategy.
