摘 要:采用生物超微弱发光探测技术对食管癌细胞的超微弱发光进行研究,获得了不同密度细胞株超微弱发光强度之间的关系。研究结果表明:不同密度细胞株其超微弱强度也不一样,密度越大,其超微弱发光强度也越大,其延迟发光衰减也相应变缓。为进一步观察肿瘤细胞超微弱发光,做出了超微弱发光的光谱分布图,结果表明食管癌细胞在535 nm处超微弱发光强度为最大。With the detect technology of the Uhraweak photon emission, the esophageal cells uhraweak photon emission was measured. The relationship between the intensity of biophoton and cell density was determined. The result showed that: Biothotonic intensity of esophageal cells was effected by the different cells density; cells density was higher, biothotonic intensity was stronger,and the attenuation of delayed luminescence was quite slowly. For further research of esophageal cells ultraweak photon emission, the uhraweak photon emission, spectrum were done and found the ultraweak bioluminescence intensity at 535nm was the highest.
