摘　　要：高校学生教育管理工作是一项艰巨而复杂的工程,其工作的好坏直接影响到教育质量的优劣。通过借鉴诸如"定势效应"、"蝴蝶效应"、"羊群效应"和"光环效应"等趣味教育效应的启示,对高校学生教育管理工作进行了有益探讨,为强化学生教育,提高教育质量提供了建议。Education and management of college students is a difficult and complex projects, the quality of the work directly affects the quality of education. In this paper, the inspiration such as ＂fixed effect＂, ＂the Butterfly effect＂, ＂herding effect ＂, ＂watch effect＂ and other interesting effect of education is given. The recommendations of strengthening the education and management of college students and improving the quality of education are discussed.
