摘　　要：我国非婚同居现象日益突出,由于其不受相关法律规范,引起了大量的社会纠纷,造成了不良社会影响。本文试图从非婚同居角度来探讨我国婚姻制度存在的立法缺陷,分析非婚同居者不愿意涉足婚姻的原因,并提出重新树立人们对婚姻信心的几点思考和建议。More and more people select to cohabit together. It causes much social problem because there＇s no law regulating unmarried cohabitation. The paper discusses the legislation defect on china＇s marriage system with the studying of unmarried cohabitation, analyzes the shortages and gives some advices. The author hopes to offer a few commonplace remarks by way of introduction so that others come up with valuable opinions. Effective means should be adopted to decrease the unmarried cohabitation.
