摘　　要：通过对电子鼻的基本组成和工作原理,以及气敏传感器及其阵列、信号预处理和模式识别技术等研究现状的阐述,在综合分析了电子鼻技术在食品、烟草、医学、环境监测等领域国内外的应用研究进展的基础上,剖析总结了电子鼻技术存在的问题,并提出了电子鼻技术的发展趋势和方向。For discussing the application and development trend of electronic nose, in this article, the principle and constitutes of electronic noses, and the current situation of gas sensitive sensor and its array, signal preprocessing and pattern identification are presented. Then its application developments are roundly analyzed for the fields of food industry, tobacco, medical science, environment monitor, etc. And the current problems of this technology are pointed out,and its development tendency is evaluated at last.
