摘　　要：目的全面了解温州市综合性医院临床护士化疗职业防护现状,为提高护理人员职业防护水平提供依据。方法用自制的调查表分别对温州市16所综合医院的化疗防护管理体系、化疗防护装备和其中6所综合医院临床护士的化疗防护知识与行为进行调查。结果16所医院中,8所二级医院为分散式管理,无任何防护装备;8所三级医院中,3所的集中式管理、5所分散式管理,6所配有生物安全柜,2所无防护装备。临床护士化疗防护知识的知晓率均在90%以上,但防护措施落实差。结论综合医院临床护士化疗职业防护基础条件存在不足,化疗防护措施落实差,应引起足够的重视并予以改进。Objective To study the status of vocational protection of chemotherapy for clinical nurses in general hospitals in Wenzhou in order to provide basis for improving vocational protection for clinical nurses. Method Investigate the management system and the protection equipment of chemotherapy in 16 general hospitals above hospitals class 2 grade in Wenzhou city and survey the knowledge of chemotherapy protection and behavior of clinical nurses in six general hospitals. Result Eight class 2 hospitals in sixteen using dispersed management with no protection equipment. Three in eight class 3 hospitals using centralized management and five using dispersed management, among which six have hiosafety cabinet and two have no protection equipment. The awareness rate of chemotherapy protection knowledge for clinical nurses are all a- bove 90 %. But the implementation of protection is not enough. Conclusion There is deficiency in basic condition of vocational protection of chemotherapy for clinical nurses in general hospitals. The implementation of protection is not enough. More attention should be paid to improve the status.
