摘　　要：对贪污贿赂犯罪案件的侦查是检察机关的重要职责。将刑事一体化理论运用到检察机关对贪污贿赂案件的侦查中,是克服地方势力干预和地方保护主义的有力措施,也是侦查体制改革的重要举措。在区域经济发展不平衡的中国,以省级区域为范围实行贪污贿赂案件的侦查一体化,更有助于实现侦查工作的目标和效率。设计贪污贿赂案件区域侦查一体化方案,既要考虑管辖权、侦查权的配置和运作,也要考虑其他制度保障。Investigation of corruption and bribery is one of the most important duties of the procuratorial organ. Applying the theory of the criminal integration to the investigation of corruption and bribery is an effective measure which helps to overcome the Intervention effect of local power and the regional protectionism , as well as an important action for the reformation of investigation system. As regional economic development is imbalance in China, carrying out the system of the integration of investigation of corruption and bribery within province is more helpful for the realization of the investigating work＇s aim and efficiency than the national integration. When designing the integration of investigation of corruption and bribery, it is not only necessary for us to consider the configuration of procuratorial power and investigation power, but also other protection systems.
