举国体制下发展竞技体育职业化的思考

摘　　要：举国体制和竞技体育的职业化是中西方两种不同文化背景下的产物。竞技体育的职业化要在极具中国特色的举国体制的管理模式下生存和发展,二者难免会发生冲突。对运动员培养模式、体育价值取向和投资回报等问题进行思考,能为举国体制的进一步完善和发展提供理论参考。The whole-nation system and professional sports are different products of Chinese and western cultures. Conflict must arise between the two products if professional sports want to survive and develop in the managerial mode of the whole-nation system with Chinese style. This paper considers the training mode of athletes, sports value orientation and investment profits, aiming to offer reference for the further development of the whole-nation system.
