摘　　要：文章对企业并购中协同效应量化的内部计算模型、外部计算模型和实证计算模型进行了阐述和评价,针对三种模型的不足,以各种市场倍数计算的当前股价为前提对企业并购中的协同效应量化创建新的计量模型,并以2000年到2002年发生的7起并购案例作为样本证明该计量模型的合理性和科学性。This paper describes and evaluates the internal calculation model, the external calculation model and the empirical calculation model in merges and acquisitions. Aiming at the shortcomings of three models and based on the current stock price of various market multiples, the authors create a new calculation model of merges and acquisitions. The model is proved to be rational and feasible by seven praetidal cases of mergers and acquisitions occurred from year 2000 to year 2002.
