摘 要:目的:探讨分组(APN)连续排班模式在急诊科的应用效果。方法:在急诊科护理人力资源不变的前提下,对传统的周期性排班方式进行改革,实行分组连续排班模式,实施半年后,把实施期间的各项护理质量指标、病人满意度、护士身心健康状况与实施前年度同一时期进行对比。结果:实施分组连续(APN)排班后在护理质量、病人满意度、护士身心健康状况等方面均优于传统排班方式,P<0.05,差异有显著性差异。结论:在急诊科实行分组连续(APN)排班模式能适应急诊科工作特点,可有效解决特殊时间段人员紧张的问题,减轻年轻护士在岗时专业能力不足的压力,体现护士层级使用,确保护理安全,值得推广应用。Objective: To explore the effect of grouping continuous shift arrangement in emergency. Methods : Without change of equipmerits or personnel, regenerate the traditional periodicity shift arrangement into the grouping continuous(APN) shift arrangement. After half a year, nursing quality, satisfactory rate of patients and health of nurses were compared with the same period in last year. Results: Nursing quality, satisfactory rate of patients and health of nurses were better than traditional shift arrangement in grouping continuous shift arrangement, which showed significant difference ( P 〈 0.05) Conclusion: The grouping continuous (APN) shift arrangement was suitable for the working characteristic in emergency room, which can effectively solve the problem of absence of persormel in special time at midday and night. Also the grouping continuous shift arrangement was worth to popularize, for being able to reduce the pressure of young nurse, incarnate administrative levels of nurses, insure the security of nursing.
