摘　　要：目的探讨胸椎管内肿瘤的诊疗方法,提高诊治水平。方法回顾性分析本院胸椎管内肿瘤28例的手术情况及术后随访。结果经2个月至5年的随访,13例完全恢复,13例好转,2例死亡。结论MRI是诊断胸椎管内肿瘤的最好方法,早期诊断、早期手术治疗胸椎管内肿瘤疗效较好。Objective To explore the method of diagnosis and therapeusis for thoracic intraspinal tumors and amelioration outcome. Methods Twenty-eight patients with thoracic intraspinal tumor were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital about their operation and follow-up duration from 2 months to 5 years. Results All of the patients, 13 cases had complete recovery , 13 cases improved and 2 cases died. Conclusion Magnetic resonance imaging（MRI） is best for thoracic intraspinal tumors, early diagnosis and operative therapy would be effective
