复杂产品系统创新组织模式探析

摘　　要：飞速发展的技术,复杂、多变、不确定的环境,给复杂产品系统(Complex Product Systems,CoPS)的生存和发展提出了新的挑战,要快速地适应环境,就要求CoPS的组织结构具有充分的柔性,传统的组织结构已不能满足要求。通过分析复杂产品系统组织模式的影响因素,说明选择网络组织的必然性,对CoPS项目网络组织模式设计提出了一些应注意的问题,并以上海长江隧桥工程项目为例说明了CoPS项目网络组织设计应注意的问题。The rapid development of technology and the changeable uncertain environment bring new challenges to the survival and development of Complex Product Systems. To quickly adapt to the changeable environment, it is necessary for the organizational structure of COPS to be fully flexible and the traditional organizational structure can not meet the requirements. This paper analyzes of the organizational model of CoPS. An inevitable selection for the organization structure of CoPS is network organization. Furthermore, this paper shows that people should pay attention to some problems in the designing of the network organization of COPS. This is proved by Shanghai YangtzeRiver Crossing bridge project.
