摘 要:[目的]探讨新疆哈萨克族食管癌发病的危险因素。[方法]采用病例-对照的研究方法,调查132例哈萨克族食管癌患者及133例哈萨克族非食管癌患者,应用二分类Logistic回归模型进行分析。[结果]单因素分析显示,经济收入、吸烟、饮茶、茶温、饮水类型、奶制品、熏肉、新鲜蔬菜和烫饭、硬饭及吃饭快因素可能与食管癌的发生有关;多因素Logistic回归分析显示,经济收入、吸烟、茶温、井水、酸奶疙瘩、奶茶、熏肉、烫饭和食速快为食管癌发生的主要危险因素,食用自来水、酸奶和新鲜蔬菜可能为保护因素。[结论]改善饮水条件,改变不良饮食生活习惯,经常食用新鲜蔬菜水果和酸奶,少吃霉变食品和熏制品可减少哈萨克族食管癌发生的危险性。[Objective] To explore the risk factors of esophageal cancer in Xingjiang kazakh. [Methods] A case-control study was conducted to investigate 132 Kazak cases of esophageal cancer and 133 Kazak controls, and Dichotomies Logistic model was conducted to analyze the risk factors. [ Results] Unifactor model showed the related factors were as follows: income, smoking, drinking tea, the temperature of drinking tea, kinds of drinking water, milk product, bacon, fresh vegetable, hot and tough meal as well as fast eating. Multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that income, smoking, drinking,tea temperature and well water, yoghourt, milk tea. bacon, hot meal and fast eating were main risk factors, while drinking sanitary water, sour milk and fresh vegetables were the protective factors of esophageal cancer. [Conclusion] We should reduce the drinking condition, change the unhealthy behaviors, frequently eat fresh vegetable, fruit and sour milk. and little consumption of mildewed foods and bacon was the main risk factor for decreasing incidence of esophageal cancer.
