肝癌介入治疗患者院内外一体化健康教育的临床路径效果

摘　　要：[目的]探讨临床路径在肝癌介入治疗患者健康教育中的应用效果。[方法]初次介入治疗的肝癌住院患者97例,随机分为路径组49例和对照组48例,路径组按照健康教育临床路径对患者及家属实施全程连续性教育,对照组采用一般宣教法,分别于出院前进行相关健康知识测试、满意度调查、跟踪统计患者20周内介入治疗次数。[结果]路径组健康教育达标率、满意率、介入治疗达标率分别为87.8%、95.9%、63.3%;对照组为64.6%、81.3%、39.6%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01或P﹤0.05)。[结论]院内外一体化健康教育路径能对肝癌介入治疗患者产生良好的教育和引导作用,提高患者满意度和治疗质量。[Objective] To explore the application effect of the clinical pathway of health education on the hepatoma patients with interventional therapy. [ Methods ] 97 hepatoma patients who accepted interventional therapy for the First time in our hospital were recruited, and were randomly divided into two groups, 49 patients treated with clinical pathway served as clinical pathway group, and 48 served as controls. The integral health education was performed to the patients and their families according to the health education clinic pathway, and general health education was performed for the controls. The relevant education knowledge test, satisfaction, and the times of intervention therapies within 20 weeks were investigated. [ Results] In clinical pathway group, the qualified rate of health education, rate of satisfaction, and recurrence rate within 20 weeks were 87.8%. 95.9% and 63.3%, respectively, and in comparing group, the three indexes were 64.6%. 81.3% and 39.6%. respectively. Significandy difference did not find between the two groups （P 〈 0.0l or P 〈 0.05）. [Conclusion] Clinical pathway of integral health education have better educational and guided effect for hepatoma patients treated with interventional therapy, also, it could promote patients＇ satisfaction and improve the quality of therapy.
