摘　　要：[目的]探讨染色体核型分析在优生遗传咨询中的意义。[方法]对2002年1月～2007年12月某院687例遗传咨询的患者进行外周血淋巴细胞培养,常规外周血制备染色体标本。[结果]查出异常核型145例,异常检出率21.11%。[结论]对遗传咨询者进行染色体检查,对于预防遗传性疾病,开展优生优育工作以及指导临床诊断与治疗具有十分重要的意义。[Objective ]To discuss the meaning of karyotype analysis in the genetic counseling of eugenics.[Methods]We cultivated lymphocyte of peripheral vein of 687 cases of genetic counseling in a hospital during 2007 and produced chromosomal sample.[Results]145 abnormal karyotypes were found and abnormal detection rate was 21.11%.[Conclusion]Examining chromosome of genetic askers has a very important meaning for preventing genetic disease,and developing eugenics and instructing clinic diagnosis and therapy.
