摘　　要：目的:探讨多根血管压迫引起面肌痉挛的手术治疗。方法:回顾性分析经手术治疗的18例由多根血管压迫所造成的面肌痉挛患者临床资料。结果:18例患者中均发现有2根或2根以上血管的压迫。手术采用多块垫片垫入法,术后治疗效果满意,无严重并发症。结论:多根血管压迫是比较少见的压迫形式,通过分析术前的MRA以及术中采用合适的垫入物,仔细判定责任血管,减压可获得良好的疗效。Aim： To discuss the surgical treatment for the hemifacial spasm caused by multiple vessels. Methods： 18 cases suffered from hemifacial spasm who underwent microvascular decompression operation were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Two or more compressed vessels were found in all patients. After the artery and nerve were separated by Teflon pad, spasm disappeared in all cases, and there was no severe complication. Conclusion： Multiple vessels was seldom in hemifacial spasm, preoperative analysis of MRA featurers, selection of proper padding and identification of offending vessels may lead to satisfactory result.
