网络环境下图书馆员的角色定位及能力需求分析

摘　　要：网络环境下的图书馆突破地域和空间的限制,广泛应用计算机、网络、通讯等先进技术,针对特定用户需求提供基于内容的个性化信息服务。与之相适应,图书馆员应定位为:信息资源的组织着、筛选和过滤者,用户的助手和顾问、用户和信息之间的中介人和信息素质的教育者。图书馆员还应具备适应网络环境下图书馆信息服务发展需要的基本素质和能力。The library in the network environment has broke the rest, fiction of the region and the space, and has widely used advanced technology such as the computer, the Internet and the communication, and it provide personally SerVice of the information based on the content to the particular user. Correspondingly, the librarian should be defined as the organizer and the filter of the information , the helper and consultant of the user, the media between the user and the information and the educator of the qualification of the informatiOn; Meanwhile, the librarian should has the ability and the qualities to adapt to meet the development of the information service in the network environment.
