摘  要:分析了目前传统TIG氩弧焊引弧技术的机理及其不足,提出了一种基于激光辐射的新型非接触引弧方法,并采用先进的等离子体发射光谱诊断技术对铝合金直流TIG激光引弧过程的物理现象进行诊断,对激光引弧过程的机理进行了探讨。研究结果表明,激光引弧将成为一种全新的引弧方式,在高质量焊接产品制造中有其独特的应用前景。The conventional mechanism and shortcoming of TIG welding under argon shielding gas were analyzed,and a new type of non-contact method was put forward induced by radiation of laser.Furthermore,the physical process of laser igniting DC TIG arc discharge for the aluminum alloy was investigated by atomic emission spectrometry and the mechanism of it was discussed.The results indicated that laser igniting TIG arc discharge could be a new method as well as the unique application in high-quality products of welding.
