硕桦小径木圆截片常规干燥工艺初探

摘　　要：该文研究了硕桦小径木圆截片试样的干燥技术，制定了可行的常规干燥基准．试验结果表明，小径木圆截片在干燥过程中易产生径裂，其主要原因是弦径向干缩不一致引起的．热湿处理能提高干燥速度，树皮的有无对开裂影响不大．初步提出了硕桦小径木圆截片的部分干燥质量指标．The drying technologies of Small Diameter Slices of Ribbed Birch were studied, the feasible conventional drying schedules were developed.The results showed that the samples of slices were easy to produce the radial checks mainly caused by different shrinkage of tangential and radial directions. Conditioning treatment could improve drying rate and bark won't influence checks. The index of drying quality of slices of Ribbed Birch was first developed.
